XI West Weddings & Private Events

XI West Weddings & Private Events is a bookable venue in Philadelphia's University City, offering a flexible setting for weddings, private celebrations and corporate functions. Its event space can host occasions ranging from wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners and showers to milestone birthdays, holiday parties, anniversaries and corporate receptions. The venue also welcomes seminars and listening parties, with audiovisual equipment available for presentations and entertainment.

The room is arranged for dining and celebrations, with tables suited to family-style meals and space for a dance floor. The venue advertises capacity for up to 250 guests, with the seated limit depending on the layout when a dance floor is included. Planners can arrange a tour and discuss their event, guest count, budget and preferred date with the team.

Food is a central part of the offer. Dim Sum House provides the main catering, including traditional Chinese banquet dishes, appetisers and hors d'oeuvres. Other Asian cuisines, including Japanese, Vietnamese and Korean options, can also be requested. Banquet service is available for larger gatherings, making the venue suitable for events where dining is an important part of the programme.

Additional arrangements can include valet parking, photography and flowers. The venue offers a courtesy hold on a proposed date, and bookings require a deposit. Located on Chestnut Street, XI West gives event planners a dedicated space for both social occasions and business gatherings, with food, event facilities and optional guest services coordinated around the event.
