Nana-Mac Meadows, LLC

Nana-Mac Meadows is a private event venue near Pilot Mountain in Pinnacle, North Carolina. Set across nearly 75 acres, the property offers countryside views, open grounds and several locations for ceremonies, receptions and rehearsal dinners. Its main indoor space, Magnolia Manor, is a climate-controlled venue with large windows, chandeliers and room for gatherings of up to 350 people. The grounds and indoor facilities give organisers options for different seasons and weather conditions, while smaller celebrations can also be accommodated.

Weddings are the venue's main focus. Couples can choose a venue-only booking or an all-inclusive package that brings together services such as catering, photography, flowers, a DJ and wedding coordination through the venue's preferred suppliers. The team also offers planning support, a rehearsal, event-day coordination and help arranging the room. A bridal suite and separate preparation space give the wedding party somewhere to get ready, and selected packages include overnight accommodation in Nana's House.

The venue provides tables and chairs, with additional choices including linens, table settings, ceremony arbors and items from its décor collection. Organisers can discuss add-ons and approved outside suppliers with the team. Parking is available on site, with golf-cart transport and valet options offered for guests. Beyond weddings, the venue can host other private celebrations and gatherings, with different layouts and package options to suit the occasion. Nana-Mac Meadows welcomes enquiries from organisers looking for a scenic setting, practical event facilities and support with the details of the day.
