The Penthouse on Venice Beach

The Penthouse on Venice Beach is a private event venue set above the Venice Boardwalk, offering organisers an oceanfront setting for weddings, corporate gatherings, live performances and other special occasions. Its main space combines a rooftop terrace with an indoor lounge, giving planners options for events that move between outdoor and covered areas. The venue describes the rooftop and penthouse space as approximately 5,500 square feet, with broad views across the coastline and city.

The layout includes a lounge with a fireplace and collapsible walls, a full kitchen and catering bar, plus private client quarters with a bathroom and a hair and make-up station. Tables and chairs are available on site, and the venue provides sound equipment with a dedicated control room and engineer. Other facilities include a large outdoor screen, heaters, live-streaming cameras, parking and event security. On-site venue management is provided during events, and the team can assist with custom room layouts.

Weddings are a featured use, with space for ceremonies, receptions and related celebrations. The venue also welcomes corporate events and live performances, making it a flexible choice for organisers seeking a distinctive coastal location. The venue's published information gives a maximum capacity of 100 guests, with final arrangements discussed during an enquiry. Clients are required to work with an event planner or coordinator, and catering, bar service, audiovisual and floral design are arranged through the venue's approved providers. Organisers can enquire about availability and arrange a tour to assess the space for their event.
