Visit Worcestershire New Road

Visit Worcestershire New Road offers a choice of event spaces at Worcestershire County Cricket Club in the centre of Worcester. Organisers can enquire about rooms for small meetings and board sessions, as well as larger conferences, receptions and celebrations. The spaces are suited to groups of around 10 to 200 guests, with layouts and settings to match different occasions.

For business events, the venue provides meeting rooms, a boardroom and larger spaces for conferences, networking lunches and team days. Some rooms can also work as breakout areas. The cricket ground and views towards Worcester Cathedral give many of the spaces a distinctive setting for presentations, dinners and receptions.

Private bookings include weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, christenings, school proms and festive parties. The venue also welcomes gatherings in remembrance of a loved one. Spaces include the Graeme Hick Pavilion, The View, the BEARD Terrace, WODR Bar & Cafe and the Chestnut Marquee, among others. The range includes indoor rooms and outdoor options, with the marquee available for larger celebrations.

An in-house catering team can provide menus from light buffets to formal dining, with options for a range of dietary needs. Licensed bars and drinks packages are available, and local stylists can help with venue dressing. A dedicated events team supports organisers with planning and arrangements. The city-centre location is close to transport links and offers on-site parking, making the venue a practical choice for event planners seeking a flexible Worcester setting.
