Timber Valley Ranch

Timber Valley Ranch is a wedding and event venue in Guthrie, Oklahoma, set among trees, open grassland and distinctive rock bluffs. The property combines an outdoor ceremony setting with a modern indoor venue, giving organisers options for celebrations in different weather and throughout the day. A wooden bridge, wooded paths and a covered patio provide additional spaces for guests and photographs.

Weddings are a central part of the offering, and the venue also welcomes bridal and baby showers, holiday parties, family reunions, retirement celebrations and birthdays. Depending on the layout, the venue accommodates up to 175 guests indoors or up to 200 when the patio is included. Organisers can make use of indoor and outdoor bars, a prep kitchen, a bridal suite, a separate bridal lounge and a room for the groom. Tables, chairs and linens are provided, with set-up and take-down of tables and chairs included.

Venue hire includes access for the event day, time for a rehearsal and a scheduled opportunity to use the property for engagement or couple photographs. Wedding ceremony features include outdoor seating and a choice of arches. Day-of coordination is available as an additional option. The site is about six miles north of Edmond, making it a countryside setting within reach of the Oklahoma City area. Organisers can contact the venue directly to discuss dates, arrangements and pricing.
