Villa Woodbine

Villa Woodbine is a historic mansion venue in Coconut Grove, Miami, available for weddings and other private and corporate celebrations. Designed by architect Walter De Garmo, the property brings together Mediterranean-Revival details, Spanish archways and Cuban craftsmanship, with a characterful interior and landscaped grounds that offer a distinctive setting for events.

The venue’s spaces support different parts of an occasion, from garden ceremonies beneath mature oak trees to receptions in the courtyard, loggia and indoor rooms. The team says the venue is booked exclusively for one event per day. Its published capacity is up to 225 guests for a seated dinner reception, making it suitable for substantial celebrations as well as more intimate gatherings.

Weddings are a central part of Villa Woodbine’s offer, and the venue also welcomes corporate gatherings, holiday parties, bar and bat mitzvahs and other special occasions. Event producers can assist with coordination and staffing, while the venue works with an established network of event suppliers for florals and décor, music and entertainment, photography, video, transport and other requirements. Bill Hansen Catering is the exclusive caterer, with menus tailored to the occasion and a range of culinary styles available. Tables, chairs, linens, glassware and selected lighting are among the available event provisions, while additional décor options can be discussed with the team.

Located south of downtown Miami, Villa Woodbine is close to Coconut Grove attractions and accommodation. Tours are arranged by appointment, giving event planners an opportunity to view the mansion, garden and event layouts while discussing their plans with the venue team.
