Salle polyvalente de Gaoussem

406 Chemin de Gaoussem, 31330 Larra, France

The Gaoussem community hall, made available by the municipality of Larra, offers a venue for hire for family celebrations and events organised by associations. Located on chemin de Gaoussem, it can accommodate up to 146 people seated or 274 standing, making it suitable for a range of event formats, from a family meal to an evening gathering a large number of guests.
The furniture needed for events is available on site: the hall has 20 rectangular tables and 146 chairs. Practical equipment includes two fridges, a freezer, a food warmer, an electric hob and an ice machine. These facilities allow organisers to plan food service and the storage of drinks or prepared dishes to suit the needs of their event. Catering is not included in the hire, so organisers can arrange the food themselves or use a supplier of their choice.
The municipality offers different rates for Larra residents and people from outside the area. Booking requests should be sent by email and include the proposed date, type of event, estimated number of participants and the applicant's contact details. Deposits are required for the equipment and cleaning. The hall is therefore a practical option for organising a private celebration or an association gathering in a municipal setting, with a large capacity and essential equipment already available. Organisers can contact the town hall to find out the terms applicable to their event and check availability.
