The Diamond Room

The Diamond Room is a modern-industrial event venue in North Downtown Omaha, suited to wedding ceremonies and receptions as well as corporate gatherings, galas and private celebrations. Its open-plan interior combines high ceilings, sealed concrete floors and large garage-style windows, with an adjoining patio offering an outdoor option. The flexible layout can accommodate up to 400 seated guests or as many as 600 standing, making the space suitable for both formal dinners and larger receptions.

Couples can hold their ceremony and reception at the same location. Ceremony packages include an on-site coordinator for venue arrangements, rehearsal access and a room reset before the reception. The venue also offers wedding rental packages and tours by appointment, so organisers can view the space and discuss their plans with the team.

Venue hire includes tables, chairs, table linens, selected decorative items, Wi-Fi, room set-up and take-down, and access to a furnished patio. A private suite is available, and the venue provides full-room LED accent lighting. Adjacent parking is available, with a set number of spaces included in the rental.

Food and drink are provided through the venue's selected catering partners and in-house bar service. Organisers can choose from several catering partners and different beverage packages, with premium cocktail and tasting options also available. The Diamond Room's staff can coordinate venue arrangements with an event planner and other suppliers. Its central Omaha location is close to hotels, restaurants and major downtown destinations, giving guests convenient options before and after an event.
