Hilltop Guest Ranch & Vineyards

Hilltop Guest Ranch & Vineyards is a private ranch and vineyard venue in California's Santa Ynez Valley, offering event organisers a spacious countryside setting for weddings and other gatherings. The 350-acre property combines rolling hills, mature trees, vineyard scenery and river landscapes, with several distinct areas to shape an event around.

For weddings, couples can choose an outdoor ceremony beside the pond, use the grass meadow for dining and receptions, or celebrate in the Green Barn. The ranch also welcomes parties, corporate events, workshops, photo shoots and production bookings, making it suitable for occasions beyond weddings. Its varied outdoor locations and barn give organisers options for different parts of a programme, from ceremonies and drinks receptions to indoor celebrations.

The venue offers exclusive weekend access for wedding bookings, allowing time for set-up, the event itself and pack-down. A ranch house is available for on-site accommodation, and the property has restrooms and parking for vendors and selected guests. Organisers bring their own vendors and rentals, so they can tailor the event's catering, furnishings and other details to their plans. The venue permits outside alcohol and a full bar, while guest transport arrangements may need advance consideration.

With its rural setting, adaptable event spaces and flexibility over suppliers, Hilltop provides a distinctive backdrop for planners arranging a relaxed wedding weekend, private celebration or corporate gathering in the Santa Barbara wine country region.
