Discoveryland Ranch

Discoveryland Ranch is an event venue in Sand Springs, around 20 minutes from Tulsa. Set across 95 acres, the property combines indoor function space with outdoor locations for weddings, company events, private celebrations and performances.

The 5,000-square-foot Event Center can accommodate up to 300 guests. Its flexible layout, catering kitchen and audiovisual facilities make it suitable for receptions, dinners, conferences, fundraisers and school events. For ceremonies and gatherings in the open air, organisers can choose from the historic amphitheatre and two pavilions. The amphitheatre seats up to 2,500 people and is designed for larger performances, concerts and festivals, while the pavilions provide more intimate settings.

Couples can plan both their ceremony and reception on the property, with several locations available for the day and photographs. The on-site Guest House gives wedding parties a place to prepare and relax, and offers overnight accommodation for up to 15 people. The venue also welcomes organisers to bring their own caterers, decorators and entertainment, allowing them to select suppliers that suit the event and budget.

With more than 800 parking spaces, accessible facilities and indoor and outdoor options, the ranch can serve events of different sizes and formats. Organisers can arrange a tour and request a booking through the venue team. Discoveryland Ranch is a flexible choice for planners looking for a distinctive setting near Tulsa, whether they are arranging a wedding, a corporate retreat or a public gathering.
