TAF Bethaday Community Learning Space

TAF Bethaday Community Learning Space offers flexible rooms for event planners seeking a welcoming venue in Seattle. Set within Dick Thurnau Memorial Park, the facility combines contemporary indoor spaces with a leafy park setting, making it suitable for both work-focused gatherings and personal celebrations.

The venue hosts weddings, receptions, corporate events, conferences, training sessions, workshops and social occasions. Its larger multipurpose room opens towards an outdoor patio and can accommodate gatherings of up to around 100 people, depending on the event setup. The assembly room provides a smaller, adaptable setting, while classrooms, a boardroom and a project room are available for meetings, team retreats, training and focused collaboration.

Facilities vary by room and include built-in projection and audio equipment, wireless microphones, display screens, whiteboards and flexible layouts. The multipurpose room also has practical kitchen appliances, and some rooms offer natural light, balcony access or a connection to outdoor space. Organisers can enquire about availability and arrange bookings directly with the venue.

The building is Silver LEED-certified and sits among mature trees, a rain garden and a lake within the surrounding park. This setting gives organisers a distinctive backdrop for ceremonies, receptions and community gatherings, while the modern interior provides a practical alternative for meetings and learning programmes. Rental proceeds support the Technology Access Foundation's work in STEM education, so choosing the venue also contributes to its educational mission.
