In Lyon, on Île Barbe, Le Domaine de l'Île Barbe offers indoor and outdoor spaces for private receptions and business events. The rooms host weddings, birthdays, parties, seminars, conventions, meetings, conferences, product launches and exhibitions. Depending on the layout and space selected, the venue can accommodate groups of various sizes, with room for up to 200 people in its rooms. The park and tree-lined terraces also provide a setting for cocktails, ceremonies and outdoor events.

The hire includes furniture, an equipped kitchen area for caterers, an on-site venue manager and cleaning. Organisers can choose their own caterer, as the resident caterers are not exclusive. Equipment such as a screen, a projector and microphones is available for meetings and presentations. The estate also has free parking and is accessible by public transport.

Organisers can also consider exclusive hire of the nearby Musée Jean Couty for cultural corporate events. Its 180-seat amphitheatre is suitable for assemblies, conferences and presentations, and has audiovisual equipment. The venue offers the flexibility to create a tailor-made event, from a business meeting to a reception for colleagues, clients or family and friends. The spaces are available from Monday to Sunday, during the day or in the evening, on request for a quote.
