Oker 015

Rijksstraatweg 23, 2636 AX Schipluiden, Netherlands

Oker 015 is a rural venue in Schipluiden for organisers looking for a special setting for a business meeting or celebration. The renovated barn is at the heart of the venue. Authentic details, large windows and views across the polder give gatherings a relaxed, personal atmosphere. The barn is equipped with a smartboard and its own Wi-Fi, among other things, for meetings, training sessions and away days. Half-day bookings and multi-day programmes are also possible.

As well as business meetings, Oker offers space for kick-offs, staff parties, product presentations, dinners and birthday celebrations. The venue is also available for weddings: the barn and outdoor space can be used for different parts of the day, from the ceremony and reception to dinner and the party. Organisers can arrange catering, music and decorations to suit their own preferences, while Oker helps plan the event and offers suitable packages.

For smaller or different types of programme, there is a separate attic room, which is suitable for yoga and retreats, among other things. For multi-day gatherings, overnight stays at the Stalhotel may be an option. Oker also offers activities that can complement a group day, such as sheep herding, workshops and team-focused sessions. Coffee, lunch and a closing drinks reception can be discussed as part of a package. The host will tailor the options to the group and the purpose of the gathering. This means event planners can hire a venue at Oker for a meeting, team day, wedding or private party, with the freedom to put together the programme as they wish.
