The Elks Tower Events

The Elks Tower Events offers a historic downtown Sacramento setting for weddings, receptions, engagement parties, anniversaries, fundraisers, corporate gatherings, holiday parties, meetings, conferences and proms. Its main space is a 5,000-square-foot ballroom on the building's second floor, reached by stairs or lift and accessible to guests with mobility needs.

The ballroom pairs period character with practical event facilities. Vaulted ceilings, chandeliers, tall windows and natural wood flooring give the room a distinctive look, while two mezzanine balconies provide additional space and layout options. It can seat up to 330 guests when the smaller mezzanine is used, or up to 300 on the main floor. A full bar and restrooms are part of the self-contained space.

Organisers can work with the venue team on a tour, a tailored quote, a floorplan and an event planning meeting. The team also provides coordination on the day and handles set-up and clear-down for the included furnishings. These include round and high-top tables, long tables, Chiavari chairs, a linen and napkin allowance, china, flatware and water goblets. Further decor can be arranged for an additional fee.

Food and drinks are available in-house. Menu choices include appetisers, buffet dishes, family-style options and desserts, with buffet service offered. The venue supplies alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and wine or champagne corkage may be arranged for an extra charge.
