Willow Cove Pavilion

Willow Cove Pavilion is a lakeside venue in East Bend, North Carolina, offering a scenic setting for weddings, family celebrations and corporate gatherings. Its grounds combine willow trees, water views and a waterfall nearby, giving organisers a relaxed countryside backdrop for ceremonies, receptions and get-togethers.

The lakeside pavilion can seat up to 100 guests. A separate covered dining shelter has tables and benches for up to 80, with additional picnic seating nearby. Both covered areas have power for sound systems and extra lighting, and the venue also provides accessible toilets, guest parking and a fire pit. Wedding preparations can take place in a dedicated bridal area, with a comfortable air-conditioned sitting space and an additional bathroom and shower.

Couples can plan an outdoor ceremony and reception with practical sheltered spaces available on site. For other occasions, the venue welcomes family reunions, birthday parties, seasonal celebrations, fundraisers, company picnics, team-building gatherings and office retreats. The setting is suited to organisers looking for a smaller venue, with room for around 50 to 100 guests rather than a large function centre.

Guests can enjoy the grounds between scheduled activities, including a dancing area, lawn games and fishing by the lake. There are also ducks and miniature donkeys on site. Willow Cove Pavilion is available by reservation for weddings and events, giving organisers the flexibility to shape their gathering around the occasion and the natural setting.
