The Village - Weddings & Events

The Village is a countryside venue for weddings, private celebrations and corporate events near Rolla, Missouri. Set on a wooded estate, it offers several settings for ceremonies and gatherings, including a glass-enclosed Pavilion, an outdoor lakeside amphitheatre, a lawn and a deck overlooking the water. The property also features the Meadow Events Center, providing another option for couples and organisers seeking a more intimate setting.

The Pavilion is suited to receptions, parties, dinners and other occasions, with space for around 200 guests and arrangements available for larger gatherings. It includes heating and air conditioning, handmade dining furniture, a dance floor, lighting and a bar. Organisers can use the caterer's kitchen and choose their own food vendors. The venue also offers bar packages and a collection of decorative items for rent, with delivery and collection available for Pavilion bookings.

Wedding packages can include support from an event manager, decorating specialist, bartenders and a parking team. The venue's staff can work with couples and their chosen suppliers as plans take shape. On-site accommodation is available in four distinctive homes, with some included in wedding packages and others available to rent, giving guests the option to stay close to the celebrations.

With indoor and outdoor spaces, scenic grounds and practical event amenities, The Village can accommodate weddings as well as corporate dinners, receptions, formal dances, award ceremonies, quinceañeras and retirement parties. Its range of settings gives organisers flexibility to plan a ceremony, meal and celebration around the character of the occasion.
