Villa Friedlinde is a municipal venue in Lohmar, whose rooms can be hired outside its regular hours of use. This gives event planners the opportunity to hold smaller gatherings in a central location. The town of Lohmar lists Villa Friedlinde as an event venue and accepts hire enquiries.

During the week, the building serves as a community centre with a varied programme for people aged 50 and over. This includes social, creative, musical and sporting activities, as well as talks and language courses. This use shapes the character of the building as a place for meeting and shared activities. For organisers, it is particularly relevant that the rooms can be requested for private use outside programme times.

Villa Friedlinde is on Bachstraße in the heart of Lohmar. There is a park right next to the building, providing a pleasant outdoor area nearby. The venue is accessible. The town provides a designated contact person for hire enquiries and questions about using the venue, and the documents required to request a booking are also available from her.

Anyone looking for a smaller venue in Lohmar can enquire about hiring Villa Friedlinde for suitable dates. Whether the rooms are suitable for a particular format and the desired period can be discussed directly with the town's hire team. Organisers should enquire about room sizes, facilities, capacity and possible services before booking.
