Eventveiligheid

Eventveiligheid is an online tool that allows organisers to create their own safety plan and site plan for the event permit.

You draw your site on the map, with stages, tents, fencing, exits and escape routes. The tool does the calculations too: capacity per area, evacuation time, required exits and risk class. This information is automatically included in your safety plan, in the format expected by local authorities and regional safety bodies. The result is a submission-ready PDF with a scaled site plan, thematic maps and appendices.

The checks in the tool are based on the standards used by local authorities, such as the Besluit Bbgbop, the Veldnorm Evenementenzorg and NEN 8020-41. The source is shown for each check.

Eventveiligheid was developed by Valkery Productions and Event Security Group: an organiser and a security guard who spent years creating safety plans by hand themselves.

You can create an account for free and only pay per event when you activate it. No time? Then we will draw your site on request.
