Salle de la Forêt - Espace des Reigniers

Rue des Reigniers, 44120 Vertou, France

The Ville de Vertou offers several municipal halls for hire, including Salle de la Forêt, located at Espace des Reigniers. This venue can host private or community events, subject to availability and the booking conditions set by the municipality. It is suited to residents, associations and organisers looking for a space in Vertou to bring their guests or participants together.

Booking requests should be made to the Ville. Individuals can use an online form, while associations must use the form intended for them. It is advisable to submit a request at least two months before the desired date. The booking is only confirmed once a response has been received from the town hall. Organisers should provide details including the date, the hours the venue will be in use, the type of event and the expected number of people.

Salle de la Forêt is one of four municipal halls available for events. This arrangement allows applicants to enquire about the facilities, rates and applicable terms before preparing their plans. The Ville's Community Life department is the point of contact for information about bookings. Whether they are organising a family gathering, a party or an association activity, organisers can submit a request and check the conditions specific to the hall and the date they have in mind.
