Cha'Tho

Rijksweg 353, 8710 Wielsbeke, Belgium

Cha'Tho hires out an intimate event venue in Wielsbeke for private celebrations and business gatherings. The venue is suitable for events such as First Communion celebrations, baby showers, engagement parties, receptions, funeral meals and business lunches. A walking dinner with the opportunity to dance is also possible. This allows organisers to put together a gathering tailored to their needs in a personal setting, without using their own home or office as the venue.
For a seated dinner, there is room for around 55 guests. The venue can accommodate around 85 people for a walking dinner. The interior has a warm feel, and the venue offers ample parking, Wi-Fi, a large screen, an enclosed garden and a sunny terrace. These facilities provide space to welcome guests indoors and outdoors, and can also be useful for presentations or a festive programme.
The owners, Charlotte and Thomas, support organisers during their visit and preparations. For catering, Cha'Tho works with regular catering partners. The venue therefore focuses on hiring out its space and facilitating gatherings, with catering provided by these partners. Anyone wishing to hire the venue can contact Cha'Tho for information about the options and practical arrangements. With its private setting, indoor and outdoor spaces, and packages for different group sizes, the venue is suitable for both family celebrations and smaller business events.
