Der Fischbahnhof is a versatile event venue in Schaufenster Fischereihafen in Bremerhaven. The historic building of a former fish dispatch station combines its industrial character with modern event facilities and a maritime atmosphere. The large windows look out over the harbour basin and the activity in the fishing harbour. The event space is suitable for business and private events, including conferences, gala dinners, in-house trade fairs, receptions and celebrations.
The venue offers around 2,000 square metres of space in total, which can be used flexibly for different event formats. A range of capacities is possible, depending on the seating and set-up. Data sheets and sample seating plans help event planners make an initial assessment of the right format. Facilities include Wi-Fi and modern event technology. An event kitchen is also available, and large lorries can make deliveries. For selected events, the Theater im Fischereihafen and the 360-Grad-Multivision area are also available as special additions.
The Fischkochstudio is part of the venue and provides catering for events, creating culinary concepts featuring fish as well as other dishes. This means the space, catering and other areas of the venue can all be included in the planning. Nearby, there are hotels, restaurants and other amenities at the harbour. A marina for sports boats adds to the distinctive location. The team accepts event enquiries by telephone or email. Der Fischbahnhof therefore offers a striking setting for conferences, corporate events, exhibitions and celebrations in Bremerhaven.
