In the heart of the Pays de Bray, Le Grenier de la Mothe offers a venue for receptions and cultural events in Bailleul-Neuville, in Seine-Maritime. Set in a former farmstead surrounded by countryside, the site offers several spaces for groups and events in a peaceful setting, away from the bustle of the city.
The spaces can accommodate a range of formats, from seminars and business gatherings to family reunions, as well as performances, concerts and events organised by local associations. The venue includes a reception room, along with spaces of different sizes and layouts. Organisers can therefore choose a setup suited to their programme, whether they are planning a working day, a performance or a celebration with family and guests.
The cultural vocation of Le Grenier de la Mothe is also reflected in its hosting of music and theatre workshops and residencies. These activities give the site a distinctive atmosphere that is both welcoming and focused on artistic practice. Performances and concerts can also be part of the events hosted here.
To arrange a booking, organisers can contact the team to discuss their event and the spaces available. The rural location and well-preserved buildings offer an alternative to standardised venues, for gatherings where the setting makes a full contribution to the participants' experience.
