Flat Factory Studio

Flat Factory Studio is a flexible event and production venue in downtown Los Angeles, offering more than 7,000 sq ft for organisers seeking a distinctive space. The venue can host events for up to 450 guests and is promoted for fashion events, brand and marketing activations, pop-ups, networking, private celebrations and charity gatherings. Its open layout gives planners room to shape the space around the occasion, from a guest reception to a larger event production.

The studio is equipped with a lighting grid, substantial electrical capacity, air conditioning, ambient lighting and a laser wall. Event bookings include furniture, a studio manager and rubbish collection, while projection and audiovisual options can support presentations, visual content and entertainment. Additional services listed by the venue include sound, lighting design and operation, projection mapping, security, rigging, staging and event crew, helping organisers coordinate practical production requirements in one location.

Four furnished green rooms provide private preparation areas, and two load-in gates support event set-up. The venue also has nearby parking and a kitchenette, with outside catering permitted subject to any necessary permits. Organisers can arrange a walkthrough before booking to assess the space and discuss their plans. Alongside its event offer, Flat Factory Studio operates as a film and photography location, with a cyclorama wall, production facilities and in-house equipment. This combination makes it suitable for events where staging, technical production or content creation is part of the brief.
