9 Oaks Farm

9 Oaks Farm is a countryside venue in Monroe, Georgia, offering a setting for weddings, receptions and other special occasions. Its historic dairy barn combines original rustic character with modern conveniences, while the surrounding grounds provide several options for outdoor ceremonies among trees, gardens and open fields.

Couples can choose from a number of ceremony locations, including an arbor, gazebo, bridge and antique silo. The barn can also be used for ceremonies, making it a practical alternative when the weather is unsuitable for an outdoor service. For receptions, the main barn can accommodate up to 200 guests, with an entrance hall available for gathering and serving hors d'oeuvres.

The property includes a bridal suite and several onsite houses for the wedding party, relatives and other guests. Accommodation options include the White House, Guest House, Tin Barn, Cabin, Cottage and Ranch House. The White House and Ranch House can also be used for rehearsal dinners, helping organisers plan a longer celebration with family and friends staying nearby.

Venue hire includes an in-house floral and decor package, with staff handling setup and removal of the venue's decor and florals. Organisers may arrange other suppliers themselves, subject to the venue's requirements, and the farm provides a preferred-vendor list. Catering is arranged through outside vendors. A tour can be booked by appointment, and the venue's team can provide further details about availability, rental options and event planning requirements.
