Gilded Balloon Patter House

Gilded Balloon Patter House is a multi-space performance venue in Adam House on Chambers Street, in the centre of Edinburgh. Operated by Gilded Balloon, it is part of the organisation's Edinburgh Fringe venue network, with a programme that brings comedy, theatre, magic, cabaret, musicals and other live performances to the city.

For event planners, the venue offers more than a place to attend a show. Its nine performance spaces, box office, bar and larger event space provide options for organisers looking to host a performance, a party or another gathering in August. The team invites enquiries from people seeking an event or party space, so planners can discuss the requirements of their occasion directly with the venue operator.

Patter House is well placed for events taking place alongside Edinburgh's summer festival activity, with a central location close to other cultural venues. Gilded Balloon also works with performers and promoters, and offers performer-booking services for occasions such as corporate functions, office parties, birthdays and anniversaries. Organisers can therefore enquire about the space itself or ask about arranging entertainment through the wider business.

The venue is seasonal in character, with its spaces featured in Gilded Balloon's Edinburgh Fringe programme. Its facilities and performance-room options make it a useful choice for planners seeking an established setting for a live event or August celebration in the city.
