The Pavilion at Madison Avenue Central Park

The Pavilion at Madison Avenue Central Park is an indoor event space available to hire in Derby, Kansas. It provides a flexible setting for wedding ceremonies and receptions, birthday parties, meetings, family gatherings and other occasions. Large windows bring in natural light, and the open-plan room can be arranged to suit different event formats and seating layouts.

The Pavilion can accommodate up to 120 guests with tables and chairs, or up to 190 in auditorium-style seating. Its facilities include restrooms, counter space and a sink. There is no kitchen on site, so organisers planning food service will need to arrange catering or other food preparations separately. The hire also includes use of an adjacent outdoor patio, giving guests an additional place to gather.

Set within Madison Avenue Central Park, the Pavilion is close to outdoor amenities including a playground, splash pad, walking paths and open green space. The park also has other bookable locations, such as a larger event venue, picnic shelters, an event lawn and an amphitheatre, which may suit different event sizes and styles. The Pavilion is the smaller indoor option for organisers seeking a bright, adaptable room with outdoor space nearby.

Organisers can check availability and submit an enquiry through the facility's booking information service. The Pavilion is managed as part of the City of Derby's event and meeting facilities, and is offered for private and community bookings. Tables, chairs and room layouts should be discussed when planning the event, especially where a particular arrangement is needed.
