304 Venue

304 Venue is a Tonganoxie event space operated by Tonganoxie United Methodist Church, offering a welcoming setting for weddings, private celebrations, meetings and community gatherings. Its main space, Grace Hall, is in a renovated historic church building and combines characterful details with a simple, flexible layout. Organisers can reserve the venue for occasions such as receptions, showers, birthdays and other private or community events.

Grace Hall provides approximately 2,000 square feet of event space, with seating for around 80 guests and a stated maximum capacity of 100. A foyer, outdoor patio and kitchenette are included with the main hall. The kitchenette has a sink, fridge, warming cabinet and preparation counter, which can be useful when arranging food service. Tables are available on site, and the building is wheelchair accessible. Alcohol may be served if it is disclosed in the rental contract.

Hire options range from a short meeting booking to half-day, full-day and longer packages, with additional hours available. Non-profit and community organisations can enquire about reduced-cost arrangements. The church also makes other spaces available for separate bookings, including smaller rooms and a sanctuary, providing further options for meetings, workshops, ceremonies and gatherings of different sizes. Organisers can contact the venue to discuss availability, suitable spaces and booking arrangements.
