Bodiam International Arena

Bodiam International Arena is a rural venue in East Sussex with flexible facilities available to hire for organised events and activities. Its main space is a large indoor, sand-surfaced arena, designed primarily for equestrian use and suitable for riding events, demonstrations, exhibitions and other activities that benefit from a spacious covered setting. An outdoor arena provides an additional option, and organisers can hire the two arenas together where their plans call for both indoor and outdoor space.

The venue also has a mezzanine gallery, which can be used separately or alongside the arena. It offers a different setting for club meetings, seminars, corporate gatherings and private functions. The site has hosted a varied programme, including equestrian events, lectures, demonstrations, auctions and filming, so organisers can discuss how the facilities might suit their own format. Arena and mezzanine hire are available for different booking periods, with options to hire equipment such as stables, a round pen and trail equipment. A PA system is available for events, and the site holds a music licence for its use.

Facilities include toilets, showers, disabled access and an on-site café, which may be opened by arrangement. The venue also stages its own dressage and Western riding events, with a heated mezzanine viewing gallery for spectators. Event organisers can enquire about availability, visit the site by appointment and discuss the spaces and practical arrangements needed for their event. Its combination of a substantial indoor arena, outdoor riding space and separate mezzanine makes it particularly suited to equestrian gatherings, though the facilities are also offered for seminars and other activities.
