Buuten Af rents out a small meeting room in the countryside around Ermelo for teams, businesses and other groups. The venue is suitable for gatherings of up to 14 people and offers a homely, peaceful setting for meetings, coaching sessions, brainstorming and team away days. Its rural location allows participants to step away from their usual workplace and get together in an informal atmosphere.

For business meetings, Wi-Fi, a flipchart and a large screen that you can connect a laptop to are available. Coffee, tea and water are provided. If you would like to add a treat to your meeting, you can book homemade cake or other sweet treats. Lunch is also available, including a selection of rolls, fillings, salad and fruit. Special requests can be discussed in advance.

The room is also well suited to discussions in smaller groups. Alongside the meeting room, guests can use the veranda or picnic tables, depending on the weather and the format of the gathering. This gives meetings a relaxed feel and offers the chance to take a break outdoors.

As well as renting out the space for meetings, Buuten Af runs creative workshops. By arrangement, groups can choose from activities including macramé, needle felting, dried flowers, knitting with roving wool and painting tableware. A private workshop group must have at least six participants, with the maximum number agreed in advance. Organisers can therefore come here for a small business meeting, a creative group activity or a combination of the two. Bookings and specific requests are arranged directly with the venue.
