HQO Events offers indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings, corporate gatherings, conferences and private receptions at DC Water's headquarters in Navy Yard, Washington, DC. Set beside the Anacostia River, the venue combines contemporary architecture with waterfront views, including a rooftop with a panoramic outlook across the city.

Organisers can choose between five spaces: the rooftop, patio, lobby, atrium and boardroom. The rooftop and patio suit outdoor ceremonies, meals, cocktail receptions and evening celebrations. Inside, the expansive lobby can host receptions and short programmes, while the atrium offers room for larger gatherings and includes six breakout rooms for conference use. For meetings, formal dining and presentations, the boardroom provides seating for up to 160 guests, along with a projector, multiple displays and high-speed internet.

The venue has more than 30,000 square feet of event space overall, with individual spaces accommodating gatherings of different sizes. Spaces are hired as a blank canvas, so organisers can shape the layout and bring in the suppliers that suit their plans. HQO shares a preferred-vendor list covering catering, DJs, furniture hire, hotels and event production, and provides an on-site venue manager during events. Some furniture is available to hire, and the boardroom's AV equipment is included. The location is close to Nationals Park and accessible by Metro, with accessible parking available. HQO's LEED Platinum+ certification is also relevant for organisers seeking a venue with a strong environmental focus.
