Pocomoke Community Center

Pocomoke Community Center is a flexible venue in Pocomoke City, Maryland, available to hire for private celebrations, community functions and business events. Its more than 11,000 square feet of event space is divided into several rooms, so organisers can choose a setting suited to the size and style of their gathering.

The Grand Ballroom can host up to 400 guests for banquet seating and can be divided into two smaller ballrooms, each accommodating up to 200. For more intimate occasions, the Maryland Room seats up to 40, while the Gathering Space offers a separate, furnished setting with a fireplace and grand piano. The Gathering Space can also be rented on its own.

The venue is used for wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, fundraisers, holiday parties, business luncheons and corporate meetings. Ballroom hire includes tables and chairs, a stage, sound system and podium. Rooms also have lighting, wireless internet and facilities for connecting audio and presentation equipment. Additional items available to hire include linens, chair covers, table settings, pipe and drape, a projector and screen.

Organisers can arrange catering through the centre's in-house option or use an approved outside caterer. Kitchen facilities are available for a fee, including a fully equipped commercial kitchen.
