BMW Park

Grasweg 74, 81373 München, Germany

BMW Park in Munich rents out rooms and hall spaces for events of different types and sizes. Event planners can choose from the arena's spacious interior, the VIP Lounge, the Business Lounge and the Media Center. This provides a suitable setting for everything from smaller meetings and training sessions to corporate parties, presentations, galas, concerts, shows and sporting events.
The centrepiece is the interior space, which measures around 2,500 square metres. Depending on the event, it can accommodate several thousand guests and be adapted to the concept with stages, lighting, LED walls and decorations. A permanently installed full-LED video floor offers additional possibilities for visual staging. Technical facilities also include an LED cube, screens, lighting and sound equipment, among other things. Wi-Fi and high-voltage power are also available.
Several separate rooms are available for smaller or additional event formats. The Business Lounge is suitable for workshops, meetings and corporate events, and can be divided into different areas. The VIP Lounge can be combined with an event in the interior space, while the Media Center is equipped for smaller gatherings, training sessions and press events. An overview of the rooms helps you choose according to guest numbers and floor area.
The event team advises event planners on the rooms available and helps them develop a suitable event concept. With its combination of a large arena, flexible lounges and existing event technology, BMW Park can host both small occasions and productions attracting large audiences.
