Haus des Handwerks

Gareisstraße 10, 39106 Magdeburg, Germany

Haus des Handwerks is an event venue in Magdeburg, where historic architecture meets spaces for celebrations and business gatherings. The building was constructed around 1901 as a prestigious villa and is now home to the Handwerkskammer Magdeburg. The venue's large hall is of particular interest to event planners, complemented by smaller rooms suitable for different group sizes and event formats.

The venue is suitable for private celebrations as well as corporate events, meetings, seminars and receptions. Depending on the seating layout and schedule, the rooms can be used for presentations, discussions, shared meals or socialising. The event information lists technical facilities such as presentation equipment and Wi-Fi. An outdoor area and a stage are also among the options available. According to the venue profile, capacities range from smaller groups to events with up to 150 guests.

The building is also home to the La Perla del Mare restaurant. The restaurant reopened in August 2026 and serves Italian cuisine. According to the Handwerkskammer, the restaurant can accommodate larger events. When making an enquiry, event planners can therefore check which rooms, catering services and equipment options are available for their specific occasion. Located in Magdeburg's Alte Neustadt district, this historic venue offers a distinctive setting for private and business events.
