Rustic Ranch Farms

Rustic Ranch Farms is a rustic venue in Ponce de Leon, Florida, for organisers planning weddings, corporate functions, family gatherings and other celebrations. Its barn provides indoor seating for up to 299 guests, while the outdoor areas offer space for larger gatherings and open-air events. Organisers can choose from several ceremony locations with arches and outdoor seating, then continue into the barn or use the surrounding grounds for a reception.

The property also has a large open field and indoor-outdoor stages, making it suitable for concerts, pageants and productions that need a performance area. The venue lists overhead projection, lighting and sound among its event services, along with catering and decorating packages. These options give planners scope to arrange key parts of an occasion at the venue, with details tailored to the event.

Wedding weekends can include nearby accommodation at the adjoining Vortex Spring property, which offers lodging and camping for guests travelling from further afield. The setting also gives groups access to spring-based activities during their stay, subject to the property’s arrangements and availability. Beyond weddings, the venue welcomes corporate functions, retreats, reunions, private events, concerts and festivals.

Bookings are available for different durations, from hourly hire to weekday and weekend rentals. Event planners can discuss their preferred date, guest numbers and venue package directly with the team. With indoor and outdoor choices, ceremony and reception areas, stage facilities and nearby places to stay, Rustic Ranch Farms can accommodate events ranging from a short gathering to a full weekend celebration.
