In Mions, Espace Convergence offers organisers a multi-purpose municipal venue for events and gatherings. With a stated capacity of 500 people, it provides an option for projects that need a large-capacity space, whether for an association meeting, an activity or another organised event. The venue is available to hire at weekends, depending on the nature of the event and availability. Access is reserved for Mions residents, an important condition to check before preparing a request or developing a project involving participants from outside the town.

Bookings and enquiries are handled by the municipal services, which can explain the arrangements that apply to the event in question. Organisers can contact the town council to check available time slots, the conditions of use and whether the venue is suitable for their needs. The municipal website also lists several other spaces in the cultural centre, which are available to hire separately for meetings, conferences and family events. These offers should not be confused with Espace Convergence, which has its own booking conditions.

Located on rue Mangetemps, this venue is a local option for Mions residents and associations looking for a space for their event. Its high capacity sets it apart from venues intended for small groups. Before making a booking, it is advisable to contact the municipal service directly to confirm the types of event the venue can accommodate, available dates and practical arrangements.
