Willow Tree Farms

Willow Tree Farms is a family-run event venue in Ringgold, Georgia, set across a rural farm with ponds, fields, gazebos and landscaped outdoor areas. Organisers can choose between two event spaces and several outdoor ceremony locations, making the venue suitable for weddings, private celebrations and corporate gatherings.

The 609 is an indoor reception hall for larger occasions, with space for up to 300 guests. It includes a catering kitchen, bar, tables and chairs, and a wraparound porch for guests to gather. Two furnished apartments provide overnight accommodation and getting-ready space, while the bridal suite offers another place for the wedding party to prepare. The venue also has Wi-Fi, smart TVs, restrooms and an indoor balcony overlooking the reception hall.

The Pavilion offers a more open-air setting for smaller parties and events. Its adjustable walls allow organisers to adapt the space to the weather, and it has tables and chairs, a serving bar, kitchen facilities, sound system and Wi-Fi. Across the farm, guests can enjoy outdoor ceremony spots, gazebos, fields, firepits and ponds. The grounds also offer opportunities to visit farm animals and take photographs.

Bookings include practical support such as help with layouts, timelines and floor plans, along with recommendations for local suppliers. Tables, chairs and cleaning are included in applicable packages, and decor, games and tents are available as rental options. With different reservation formats, from short gatherings to full-day and weekend bookings, Willow Tree Farms gives event planners flexibility to shape an occasion around their group and plans.
