L'Atelier des Résiniers

120 Chemin des Résiniers, 40200 Pontenx-les-Forges, France

In Pontenx-les-Forges, L'Atelier des Résiniers welcomes organisers of seminars, workshops and group gatherings in the distinctive setting of a former resin distillery. Renovated with wood and natural materials in mind, the site combines the character of a historic building with a peaceful setting featuring a garden, bamboo grove and stream. It is close to Lac d'Aureilhan and around twenty minutes from the beaches of the Landes.

The venue offers accommodation for groups wishing to spend several days together. Its four rooms, arranged as two double rooms and two family suites, can accommodate up to twelve people. The rooms have sleeping areas and bathrooms, while breakfast is included in the accommodation package. A summer kitchen is also available. The estate includes a meeting or reception space for courses, seminars and group activities.

This venue is particularly suited to teams, facilitators and associations looking for a residential setting for training, a retreat or a workshop. The outdoor areas, terrace, garden and seasonal swimming pool offer further opportunities to relax between work sessions. Private parking and Wi-Fi make it easy to welcome participants. The venue has an intimate feel, encouraging conversation and group stays away from large conference centres.
