The Hansesaal in Lünen is a versatile event venue for event organisers, businesses, associations and other groups. With around 450 square metres of space, the hall is ideal for conferences, seminars, congresses, concerts, trade fairs, markets and celebrations. Its flexible layout means the space can be divided into two or three smaller areas, allowing it to be adapted to different event formats.
Depending on the seating arrangement, up to 430 people can be seated in rows. There is seating for up to 250 people at tables, or up to 300 in a boardroom layout. A stage and movable platforms support presentations, talks and stage programmes. Blackout facilities offer added flexibility for audiovisual presentations. Tables and chairs, as well as lighting and sound equipment, are provided. The event venue is accessible.
The City of Lünen hires out the Hansesaal for conferences, meetings, and cultural and community events. This makes it a central option in Lünen for event organisers looking for an adaptable hall with a stage and basic technical equipment. Markets and trade fairs can also be held here. The Galerie im Hansesaal adds exhibition space and may be of particular interest for art presentations and exhibitions.
Whether you are planning a conference with theatre-style seating, a concert with a stage programme or an exhibition with market stalls, the hall can be arranged to suit the event schedule and expected number of guests. Interested parties can contact the relevant representatives of the City of Lünen for information about availability, terms and organisational requirements.
