Fossil Creek Ranch

Set on 95 acres of countryside near Ada, Fossil Creek Ranch offers a rustic setting for weddings, family reunions and other private gatherings. The property combines a converted stone barn with outdoor spaces, giving event planners several settings to consider for a ceremony, meal or time together with guests.

The barn includes a bridal loft with bedrooms, a kitchen, dining space and a lounge area. Downstairs, guests can use a covered pavilion, a breezeway with seating and a stage, and an outdoor chapel. Couples can also explore alternative ceremony locations around the grounds, including the nearby creek. The variety of indoor and outdoor options gives organisers room to shape a gathering around the occasion and the setting they prefer.

Bookings include accommodation in seven bedrooms, with extra options such as a bunkroom, groom's room lodging and RV parking available by arrangement. Tables and folding chairs are provided, and guests can make use of the kitchen and selected event items. Organisers may arrange their own food or bring in a caterer, while sound options include live music, a DJ or Bluetooth speakers.

Beyond the event areas, the ranch has a swimming pool, hot tub, firepit, trails and a rocky creek, offering space for guests to relax and explore during a stay. The venue also welcomes family gatherings and corporate groups. Its combination of celebration spaces, overnight lodging and outdoor amenities makes it suited to events that extend beyond a single day. Planners can contact the ranch to discuss dates, guest numbers and booking options.
