Bend XPO

Bend XPO is a flexible event venue in East Moline, Illinois, designed for organisers bringing people together for exhibitions, conferences, corporate functions and celebrations. Its adaptable spaces can host gatherings ranging from around 50 to 5,000 people, with layouts that can be adjusted to suit different event formats.

At the centre of the venue is Developers Hall, a large open exhibition space of more than 62,000 square feet. It can accommodate trade shows, product launches, vendor booths, weddings and other large-scale events. Retractable dividers allow organisers to configure the space, while vehicle access and power connections support exhibitions and events with specialist set-up requirements. The venue also provides tables, chairs, staging, a dance floor, a portable bar and audio-visual equipment.

For smaller sessions and gatherings, The X and several breakout rooms offer options for meetings, workshops, hospitality areas and social events. Organisers can use one space or combine areas to shape a programme around their guest numbers and activities. The wider venue includes outdoor space, concession facilities and ample on-site parking, including accessible spaces.

Bend XPO also offers in-house catering with customised menus, professional service staff and bar options. Its team can help organisers plan the room arrangement and discuss event requirements, with site tours available by arrangement. Located on the Bend Campus, the venue is close to hotels, restaurants and entertainment, making it suitable for multi-day conferences, trade events, corporate gatherings and wedding celebrations.
