Mountain Creek Lodge of Oklahoma

Mountain Creek Lodge of Oklahoma offers event planners a distinctive rural venue in Kellyville, around 25 minutes south-west of Tulsa. The property centres on a restored stone barn dating from the early 1940s, giving celebrations a historic country setting while providing practical spaces for guests to gather.

The lodge is available for weddings, corporate events, reunions and private parties. For wedding ceremonies, couples can choose among settings overlooking the surrounding fields, on the patio beside a water feature, or indoors near the fireplace. Wedding gatherings are limited to 100 guests. The lodge also has upstairs bridal and groom suites, giving the wedding party space to get ready before the ceremony. The bridal suite opens onto a deck, while the groom's suite has a spiral staircase leading into the main space.

Inside, event organisers will find a large living area, a dining room, two fireplaces, three full bathrooms and a full-size kitchen. A spacious patio extends the event outdoors and offers another place for guests to spend time together. The venue is suited to organisers seeking an intimate, characterful location rather than a large conference complex. Events are arranged by appointment, and planners can contact the lodge to discuss availability, pricing and a tour.

Overnight accommodation can be arranged in the lodge's loft suites, either as part of an event or as a separate stay. This can be useful for wedding parties and guests who would like to remain at the property after the celebration. The venue also asks that events serving alcohol have appropriate liquor liability insurance arranged through a bartender or event insurance. Mountain Creek Lodge provides a flexible family-run setting for organisers planning a wedding, company gathering or private celebration in the Oklahoma countryside.
