Bürgerhaus Schwegenheim is a municipal venue for private celebrations and cultural events. The rooms can be booked for weddings, birthdays and other celebrations. Artists and organisers looking for a venue for an exhibition or concert will also find a suitable option here. Depending on the seating arrangement and use, the venue can accommodate up to 120 guests.

The hall with foyer, as well as the foyer on its own, are available to hire for events of different sizes. A kitchen is also available for use. This makes the venue suitable for celebrations with shared catering, as well as events that need a spacious reception area or a room for an audience. The local municipality does not list a catering service among its own services, so event organisers should arrange refreshments separately and ask directly about the kitchen facilities available.

Bürgerhaus Schwegenheim was opened in 2004 and is managed by the local municipality of Schwegenheim. The municipality handles enquiries about room availability and use. When planning an event, it is advisable to agree on the preferred combination of rooms, the schedule and the number of guests well in advance. This will help clarify whether the hall and foyer, or just the foyer, should be booked for the occasion. The venue plays a central role in community life and also provides the opportunity to hold private and cultural events in Schwegenheim.
