Cattaraugus Community Center

Cattaraugus Community Center in Irving, New York, offers rooms and facilities for organisers looking for a practical setting for gatherings, celebrations and group activities. Its spaces can be rented for events and leagues, with options ranging from a dedicated multi-purpose room to larger sports and recreation areas.

The 2,600-square-foot multi-purpose room can seat up to 192 people and is used for meetings, birthday parties and other activities. It also has a kitchen. For events that need more room or a different layout, the centre lists its gymnasium and arena among the facilities available to hire. The gym has regulation basketball courts, while the arena can be configured for different sports and special events. Organisers can also ask about vendor space for selling food and refreshments.

Families planning a children's birthday can choose from packages that combine a room with activities at the centre. Depending on the option, guests can use the pool, gym, bounce house, skating facilities or arena, followed by time in the multi-purpose room. This gives organisers a choice of activity-led formats rather than a room-only celebration.

The centre is part of the Seneca Nation community and also hosts sporting tournaments and community programmes. Its range of bookable indoor spaces may suit local meetings, sports gatherings, birthday celebrations and other group occasions. Organisers should contact the centre to discuss availability, rental arrangements and which facilities best suit their event.
