In Mordelles, Ferme de la Biardais offers two municipal halls for private, community and professional events. Set in an extended and modernised former farmstead, the venue is surrounded by countryside, near the Biardais pond. The halls can be booked separately or together, depending on the format of the gathering and the number of attendees.

The large hall is suitable for receptions and events with a large audience. It has a main area with a stage and a spacious dance floor, as well as a bar area and an equipped kitchen. A sound system and a projector with a screen are also available. Its stated capacity is 250 people, with scope to accommodate more depending on the layout and nature of the event.

For smaller groups, the family hall comprises two spaces measuring 79 m² and 34 m², as well as an equipped kitchen. The stated capacity is 40 people in the larger room and 10 in the smaller one. The two halls can be hired together to provide complementary spaces.

The venue hosts weddings, family celebrations, balls, annual general meetings, seminars, competitions and community events, among others. Organisers can choose from different hire periods and are responsible for organising and setting up their event. Visits to the spaces are available by appointment. Bookings and practical information are handled by the services of the municipality of Mordelles.
