The Wolcott Galleria

Set in a historic downtown Casper building, Wolcott Galleria offers three event rooms for organisers planning weddings, receptions, celebrations, charity functions and other gatherings. The spaces include an elegant ballroom, a historic theatre and a smaller reception room, which can be booked individually or combined to suit the occasion. The ballroom can accommodate larger seated events, while the reception room is suited to smaller parties, cocktail receptions and rehearsal dinners. The theatre provides a setting for ceremonies, presentations, performances and similar occasions.

The venue gives organisers flexibility over food, allowing them to work with a preferred caterer, choose one of the venue's recommended partners or bring their own food. A catering kitchen is available, with preparation and storage facilities. Tables, chairs and linens can be arranged by the venue, with a choice of colours and layouts, and the team can help with set-up and clear-down. Additional items such as a microphone, speakers, projector and decorative pieces are available to support event plans.

Wolcott Galleria hosts one client at a time, helping each group enjoy private use of the event rooms. An on-site staff member is present during the event, and organisers can arrange room access in six- or twelve-hour booking blocks. Wedding bookings include rehearsal time, and decorating access may be available the day before. The building has an elevator and accessible facilities. Its location in downtown Casper also puts a public parking garage nearby, making it a practical choice for local and visiting guests.
