The Pierre Gardet hall is a community venue available to hire in Chaon, in Loir-et-Cher. It welcomes individuals who want to organise a reception or another private event in a dedicated venue in the heart of the village. With a stated capacity of 100 people, it can accommodate family gatherings, parties and meals with friends, family or other guests.
The local authority offers different hire options, with a small hall and a large hall. Options combining the hall with the communal gîtes are also included in the municipal rates. As conditions, availability and applicable arrangements may change, it is best to confirm them directly with the town hall before planning your event.
Bookings are made through the municipal secretary's office. Organisers are asked to respect local residents, particularly regarding noise and parking. Events organised by local associations may be given priority in the booking calendar.
Located on place de la Mairie, the hall is easy to find in the centre of Chaon. It offers residents and people from further afield a communal space to gather their guests. Contact the town hall to check available dates, choose the right layout and get the practical information you need for your event.
