KC Event Center

KC Event Center is a bookable venue in Wyoming, Michigan, with two ballrooms for organisers planning weddings, fundraisers, quinceañeras, graduations, retirement celebrations, holiday parties and corporate gatherings. The larger ballroom can host up to 480 guests, while the second provides a more intimate option for smaller events. Organisers can discuss the room that best suits their guest numbers and plans.

The Grand Ballroom has a stage, adjustable lighting, a bar area and a choice of round or rectangular tables. The Junior Ballroom has its own entrance, bar, kitchen and restrooms, along with dimmable lighting and coloured uplighting. Table linens are available, and the larger room offers space for a substantial wedding party on stage. These features give planners scope to arrange both seated celebrations and more relaxed gatherings.

Food and drink can be arranged through the venue's in-house catering, with buffet packages that include hosted bar service and room hire. Options include a choice of main dishes, sides and appetisers, and organisers can ask about adjustments to suit their event and budget. The venue also allows clients to use their own caterer, offering another option when planning the menu.

Located near US-131, KC Event Center provides free parking and is close to several hotels, a useful consideration for events with guests travelling from outside the area. Organisers can arrange a tour to see the spaces and discuss availability, catering and event requirements directly with the venue.
