Le Pavillon du Bois de Buis is an event venue in a green, wooded setting in Thorembais-Saint-Trond. Organisers can hire spaces for a range of gatherings, from birthdays, wedding celebrations and communions to dinners and corporate events. The venue combines a reception room with a bar and a heated, fully equipped 80 m² marquee. The marquee can accommodate around 70 guests for a dinner or approximately 100 people in a standing arrangement. The reception room can accommodate around 40 standing guests. A terrace and garden provide additional outdoor space when the season and weather allow.
The spaces can be hired separately or together. Options include room layouts, garden and marquee arrangements, use of a fully equipped kitchen, sound equipment, a DJ and venue staff. Organisers may choose their own caterer or drinks supplier. A barbecue is available to hire as an extra. This allows event planners to tailor the arrangements to their programme and the size of the gathering they have in mind.
The venue also offers guest rooms, which are convenient for guests who wish to stay overnight after a celebration. These rooms are part of the separate bed and breakfast operation and are not automatically included in the hire of the event spaces. The surroundings and garden give the venue a rural feel, while it is close to the E411 and lists secure parking. Organisers can arrange a visit in advance by phone to view the spaces and discuss their event, date and expected number of guests. This gives them a clear idea of the options before they make a booking request.
