Wild Acres Lodge

Wild Acres Lodge is a private, barn-style event venue in Avalon, Texas, offering a countryside setting for corporate gatherings, group celebrations and multi-day retreats. Located south of Dallas and Fort Worth, it gives organisers a place to bring a group together away from the city while keeping accommodation and activities on site.

The lodge has 11 private bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms and can accommodate groups of up to 44 overnight guests. This makes it suited to events that continue beyond a single afternoon, including company outings, client entertaining, birthdays and bachelor parties. Groups can enquire about tailored arrangements to suit their plans and the activities they want to include.

On-site facilities include a games room, pool and ping-pong tables, a golf simulator, axe throwing, skeet shooting and a shooting range. Meals, snacks and drinks are available as part of selected group and hunting packages, with some packages also including private bedrooms and an open bar. Organisers can choose options that combine a stay at the lodge with guided hunting experiences, or enquire about a corporate or group visit.

Wild Acres is also home to Three Curl Outfitters and Heli-Hunter, so the setting is particularly suited to groups looking for an outdoors-focused gathering. The combination of private accommodation, shared leisure spaces and bookable activities allows groups to spend time together at the property rather than arranging separate locations for their stay and programme. Contact the team to discuss availability, event requirements and a suitable package.
