Waves Event Venue

Waves Event Venue is a contemporary, flexible event space in Lake Mary, Florida, available to hire for weddings, receptions, family celebrations and business functions. Its 5,100-square-foot interior has hardwood floors, large windows and room for dining, dancing and entertainment. The venue welcomes events such as engagement parties, anniversaries, birthdays, baby showers, graduations, quinceañeras, bar and bat mitzvahs, office parties, conferences and meetings.

Organisers can choose a longer, 12-hour hire or a shorter package for smaller gatherings, with the option to discuss a tailored arrangement if the standard choices are not suitable. The venue is designed as an open-vendor space, so clients can bring in their own caterer and other suppliers, or consult the venue's preferred-vendor list. Waves provides a bar, while organisers arrange their own drinks and bartender. The team can also set up the room according to the organiser's floor layout.

Hire packages include a range of round and banquet tables, cocktail tables, chairs and lounge seating. Facilities include a preparation kitchen, buffet counter and a separate event suite for getting ready. For presentations and entertainment, the venue has colourful wall lighting, a television, projector and screen, a sound system with wireless microphones, and Wi-Fi. Accessible toilets and extensive on-site parking are also available. With flexible layouts and a broad choice of outside suppliers, Waves offers organisers a practical indoor setting that can be arranged to suit both social occasions and corporate events.
